The Great Trunk Renovation Adventure
We've been busy since Armadillocon, but thought we'd add a few pix of what's been keeping us busy. Everyone at Armadillocon liked Prof. Steampunk's Time Machine Emporium trunk so much that Lady Artamiss De'cor decided she need one for her adventures. We're almost finished with it here:

Two more
Both of these are acrylic paint on 11x14 inch bristol board.

In my "down time", I'm trying to create as many new images for this series as I can, until I finish up the last commissions for this set.

I already have more than enough, so, there will be two more big paintings made for the book, and whatever engravings, smaller paintings and other portable works I can manage before then - working at these whenever away from the easel.

Everything is cheap, and I'm willing to go cheaper. See something you want, but can't afford,  make me an offer, I really want to get rid of this stuff!

Azathoth will eat your face
Brand new shirt design just released! The boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes. Red Hand Assemblage
Red Hand Assemblage Showing Hand

This artwork is three in one.

The box/dual frame: I labored hard for over a week on the box, which is a very sturdy hand-built, hand-stained, hand-varnished, hand-waxed chunk of quality hardwood (heartwood select pine base and birch sides). It not only serves as a box (if you would want to use it as such a thing), but as a self-contained double frame which requires no wall hanging. It is perfect for a coffee table, end table, mantle, dining table or most any flat surface you would like to display it on... and it is so sturdy in construction that you won't be freaking out if people get near it.

Fallout Vault Dweller Costume up on Ebay!
This was the Fallout 3 Vault Dweller costume I created for Halloween 2009. Blue jumpsuit with painted collar and zipper, vault number"106" on back.
Distressed, beaten and generally abused to give it that Wasteland warrior effect.
One arm and one leg have been viciously torn off, probably by mutants or Raiders and is riddled with holes from guns and laser beams.
Great for Halloween, cosplay or conventions!

Unisex size 34-36. Measures 26" from shoulder to crotch. Elastic band at waist with adjustable belt. More measurements available.

As part of the Vault Experiment, psychoactive drugs were released into the Vault 106 air filtration system 10 days after the door was sealed.
By 2277, the Vault's interior was mostly destroyed but filled with Insane Survivors.

Please ask any questions you may have! Thanks for looking and check out my Etsy site for my original shirts and bags! http://raygunrobyn.etsy.com

Selling awesome steamer trunk! In Concord, CA
I picked up this steamer trunk last year for my study, but found that the whole thing no longer fits, so I halfed it and am selling the clothing rack side.

It's from the 1930's and still in really good condition. Lovely wear and the metal bits aren't very rusty. It still has all the original hangers (piled on top in the photos)in great condition, and the top of the trunk lifts up easily to add or remove them from the rack inside. The cloth flap in the front has, frankly, seen better days, but removing or replacing it would be pretty simple.

It'd make a great clothing rack or coffee table, I think.

I payed $200 for the full thing, so I'd like to see this half go for $50.

Photos under cutCollapse )

I live in the SF-east bay area, Concord specifically. You can email me: jiibii (at) gmail (dot) com , or chat me up in the comments if interested - Thanks!
